Commercial Counsel, Platform and Technology

Snap Inc. is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join its Commercial Legal team, working from its Santa Monica, CA headquarters, San Francisco, or New York offices, to advise teams globally on legal issues spanning the breadth of Snap's products and services. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of global commercial agreements with emphasis on strategic partnerships in telecommunications, AI, AR, hardware, wearables, and adtech, as well as advising on complex cross-border matters including data privacy, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, technology integrations, and distribution and co-marketing arrangements.
